These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any potential transactions involving the acquisition of Arctic real estate (and merchandising). Please note that while we take our humor seriously, no actual countries are for sale here.
By accessing or using Buy Greenland, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to purchase Greenland, Iceland, or any other frozen paradise with your cryptocurrency.
Definitions
Refers to any geographical area, including but not limited to Greenland, that appears to be for sale on this website. In reality, these are pixels and dreams.
Any action taken by a user to purchase a Territory, including clicking "Add to Cart," entering payment information, or sending carrier pigeons with offers.
The supreme authority within a Territory. In our case, this refers to the supreme authority to make jokes about selling said Territory.

GREENLAND IS NOT ACTUALLY FOR SALE. > This website is a
satirical parody. Any "land listings" are for entertainment
purposes only. No transaction on this site results in the transfer
of real estate, international territory, or icy tundra.
Should you somehow manage to complete a purchase (which you won't), you will receive a beautifully designed certificate declaring you the "Honorary Owner of Greenland Dreams" and absolutely nothing else. No land deeds, no keys to the kingdom, no polar bear privileges.
What you ARE buying: You are purchasing physical merchandise (apparel). Your payment is for the shirt, the design, and the irony—nothing more.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our merch to you.
Fulfillment
Our products are printed and shipped by Printful.
External Liability
Because we outsource production and shipping, Buy Greenland is not directly responsible for manufacturing defects, shipping delays, or "lost in the mail" scenarios caused by these third parties, though we will do our best to help you yell at them.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Buy Greenland and its licensors. The name "Greenland" itself is property of, well, Greenland. We're just borrowing it for comedic purposes.
You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as follows:
- You may share screenshots with the caption "Can you believe this exists?"
- You may print and frame our terms and conditions as modern art
- You may tell your friends about us, preferably while laughing
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buy Greenland and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Belief that you actually bought Greenland
- Conversations with polar bears about property

- Any diplomatic incidents caused by wearing our shirts to a UN meeting.
- Indirect Damages: We are not responsible for any delays or errors caused by Shopify or Printful, including but not limited to, global shipping crises or ink shortages.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to:
